Even though Canada Post is still experiencing job action, we don’t want you to miss out on new prints and products. Here’s how orders will ship during this period:
Canada: Orders can ship with tracking via Canada Post or Purolator.
International (Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland): Orders will ship with Canada Post.
USA: Shipping remains paused. If you’re interested in purchasing, please reach out by email, Instagram, or through our website.

Important Shipping Update: U.S. Orders
As of August 29, 2025, new U.S. import rules require that all packages — regardless of value — arrive with duties and taxes prepaid. We are waiting on Canada Post and Shopify to integrate systems that:
Collect and remit duties at checkout,
Provide the necessary Declaration ID for U.S. Customs clearance.
Shipping Policy
Alea Reusables is proudly Canadian. All of our reusable cloth pads and accessories are handmade in Canada with care. (The only exception is Wet Bags, which are made in China.) We are based in British Columbia and ship directly from Canada.
Orders Within Canada

Canada Post – Service will continue unless an official strike, lockout, or walkout is announced. The Canada Post union has been in collective bargaining since May 23, 2025. If job action occurs, shipments will be held until service resumes. They have discontinued the overtime ban. The job action still is not settled.

Purolator (Canada only) – A reliable alternative during job action. Purolator orders typically ship the next business day.
International Orders (Outside the USA)
We currently ship to:
Australia
New Zealand
United Kingdom
Republic of Ireland
All international orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please note that while Canada Post is in job action, we may temporarily hold shipments if service becomes disrupted.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees charged by their government.
We look forward to reopening shipping to more countries once Canada Post reaches a stable settlement with their workers.
