Processing Time
- All ready made orders are processed on average by next business day but allow 2-5 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Canadian holidays.
- All custom order processing times will vary.
- During peak periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays in your order's processing time.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Excluded is Oversized letter mail within Canada.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Alea Reusables is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Alea Reusables is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
