Shipping & Restock Update (Updated June 29, 2025)

Alea Reusables is proudly Canadian.
All of our reusable cloth pads and accessories are handmade in Canada with care. We are based in British Columbia and ship directly from Canada.

Orders Within Canada & the USA

Orders are currently shipping to Canada and the United States using:

  • Canada Post – Service will continue unless an official strike, lockout, or walkout is announced. In that case, Canada Post shipments will be held until service resumes.

  • Purolator – Available for both Canada and the United States. These orders typically ship the next business day.

International Shipping (Outside the USA)

International shipping outside the United States is temporarily paused due to the ongoing Canada Post job action and significantly increased courier costs.
We will reopen shipping to additional international locations once services stabilize.

Restock Schedule

All restocks are on hold during the Canada Post job action.
Once operations are confirmed stable:

  • All held Canada Post orders will ship within 48 hours

  • A large restock will drop, including all missed prints since June 5

If you're looking for a specific item not currently listed, feel free to message us—some stock may still be available.

U.S. Customs & Tariffs

  • Wet bags, which are imported from China, will be subject to tariffs. The de minimis exemption no longer applies to these items, and any applicable duties will be assessed by the U.S. government.

  • All other products are handmade in Canada, but customs charges may still apply depending on U.S. import regulations.

We cannot control or predict duties, import fees, or customs delays. These remain the responsibility of the buyer.
