Important Notice: Canada Post Strike - Shipping Updates

Unfortunately, our area is not eligible for services like Chit Chats or Sendle. Currently, the best shipping rates we can offer are ground rates with UPS and Purolator.

We’re excited to offer flat-rate courier ground shipping!

  • Within Canadian provinces (excluding territories): $25 CAD
  • To the USA: $20 CAD (approximately $14.30 USD; exchange rates vary)

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are unable to ship orders through the postal service at this time. We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we’re working to provide alternative options for our Canadian and U.S. customers. 

Please note that couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, and service may not be available to some remote regions. We aim to resume worldwide shipping once the strike is resolved.

Individual shipping is available by courier, but it requires a custom shipping quote. To receive a quote, please email(aleareusables@gmail.com) or message us (thru website or Instagram) with the following information:

  1. Shipping Details:

    • In Canada: City, Province, Postal Code
    • To the USA: City, State, Zip Code
  2. The quantity and size of pads or any other items you’re interested in. This is for weight of package required for quote.
  3. If you approve the shipping cost, please reply to confirm your acceptance. Once I receive your confirmation, I will enable checkout for your order. If you don’t approve, you’re welcome to return and complete your purchase once the strike is over.

You can still build your cart, but checkout will not be available without first submitting this information for a shipping quote.

Please note that courier shipping rates may be higher than postal service rates. We are committed to helping you receive your orders as affordably as possible during this time.
